Project

I co-wrote the patent for an inventor of a pharmaceutical industry technology. I carried out the prior art research, freedom to operate, and validity searches.

The Patent Cooperation Treaty organization (PCT), the patent office for the rest of the world, has provisionally approved 11 out of 12 claims as of August 2012.

I developed the technology, wrote the patent, and filed and was issued a US patent in 2010 for an energy industry emissions control technology.

The patent involved MEMs sensors and wireless comms for a distributed control system.

I have recently assisted in several high technology projetcs.

These have involved digital security, cryptography, and wireless e-commerce applications and intellectual property issues.
