Terms & Condit​ions

My terms are straightforward. 
I prefer to work one on one with small businesses and start ups in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Basic Business
• I work with start-ups for very reasonable rates or by negotiation for special fixed price projects
• I provide up to 1 hour for free discussion of project needs
• You pay in 5 hour increments for hourly work paid in advance
• I provide a statement of work done after every five hour project completion
• I deliver quality results - can provide examples of previous work
 
I am able to help you:
• Do patent research and patent strategy development (have access to EFS-WEB for published patent office actions)
• Explore almost any aspect of your business - I have almost certainly been there done that personally
• Develop materials for presentation internally or externally, especially under deadline pressure
• Help with temporary business or administrative pressures and I can't I can probably recommend a reliable resource
 
I am not:
• A patent attorney and I will help you select a good patent attorney to review and file your patent application
• Able to file your patents or review patents that are not published
